- Landgate installed all new white oak floors in May/June 2023 and did not install HVAC systems until July 11, 2024.
- Because of this our floors have large gaps in the winter and ripples in the summer. **make sure to check out our concerns from 6/27/23 in text below when Landgate ignored our concerns about wet walls inside and floor acclimation
- We gave Landgate a chance to replace or credit us for the floors.
- On April 21, 2024 Landgate (finally) decided to credit us $25,000 – to date they have not settled up with us
- On September 1, 2024 we launched this site to protect others and share our Landgate experience.
