• The first time our tarp blew off while the roof was off Landgate said it was the first time ever. Then it happened again and we realized that Landgate was likely not truthful and was certainly not taking care of our property like we had hoped.
• Then the signs started to show – they tell you they’re on it and they say ‘we will demo everything that got damaged by the tarp failure tomorrow’ – a week passes and your dining room ceiling is falling down and molded and you try to get answers from Goepel’s about why demo hasn’t happened yet. And they don’t respond.
