After we challenged this corner “cut” their fix was to caulk the shit out of it.

This image taken one year after move in is indicative of Landgate and Steve/Ellie Goepel’s work. We moved into our renovation 1 year ago this week – this is current condition.
- The floors are warped throughout because they were installed 6 weeks before HVAC. "Click to view Floors"
- There is a gap almost 2x code between the door and floor and there is an unpainted center striping (that had to be installed because there was a .75” gap between the doors….). "Click to view doors"
- All still unresolved over a year after move in. This is one doorway - the entire house is filled with these shortcomings. "Click for Overview"
